The factory

Eight steps, one roof, no brokers

A board never leaves the building between shearing and packing. That is what lets us quote a date honestly, find a fault when one appears, and turn a repeat order round inside the week.

    Shearing

    Laminate cut to panel size.

  2. 02

    Imaging

    Artwork printed and exposed onto the copper.

  3. 03

    Etching

    Copper etched back to the track pattern.

  4. 04

    CNC drilling

    Holes drilled to the drill file, then plated on PTH work.

  5. 05

    Solder mask

    Mask and legend applied and cured.

  6. 06

    Surface finish

    The finish the board was specified with.

  7. 07

    Routing

    Profiled and V-cut to the outline.

  8. 08

    Test & pack

    Bare-board test, inspection, then packed with its paperwork.

A date you can plan around

Every order carries a committed date and an internal date behind it, so a slip is caught inside the factory rather than discovered by you.

Partial deliveries, properly tracked

Most orders go out in several loads. Pending quantity is calculated, never hand-typed, so what is still owed is never in doubt.

Traceable from board to bin

Every job records the material issued, the stages it passed and who did the work. If a board comes back, we can tell you why.

Paperwork that arrives

GST invoice, delivery challan and test certificate go out with the goods and are tracked until they are acknowledged.
